#VlogUnited are looking to recruit 5x Partner Directors to join #VlogUnited. Their role will be to identify and recruit the very best online content creating talent out there.
What kind of person are you looking to recruit?
*They already have Channel (YouTube, Twitch etc) with at least 1,000 subscribers
*Quality of content is high - smooth editing, good graphics, interesting content
*Demonstrates ability to interact with subscribers
*Can demonstrate an entrepreneurial flair
The Partner Director will then find a way to contact the channel owner and find out whether they have been able to make any money from their channel. If not, the opportunity is there to explain to them how they can.
It is worth remembering that the majority of quality content creators make under £50 a month from their work - we are offering them a package where they could, realistically multiply that by ten on a monthly basis.

Many content creators are not monetising their channel effectively - by being part of our network they could earn, for example using United Games model (our first affiliate) $1 per active games player per month. Naturally, the more they can encourage their players to play, the more they can earn. Keeping the players active will be the key. That means a channel with 5,000 subscribers has a market of 5,000 people that they can instantly try and sign up. Even if they get 10% of them engaged, that is potentially $500 a month or $6000 a year - and the numbers go up and up, for example.
As a Partner Director, how do you earn?
You recruit the best talent and then sign them up under your own affiliate code - the Partner Director will also need to sign up to our chosen Games model, in this case United Games.
The more talent the Partner Director finds, the more people in their network. The Partner Director will earn money from every single player that his team of content creators persuades to play. The more people in his team, the more money he can make. The Partner Director can expect to earn 0.50c for each player in his network, so if he has 5 content creators each with 1000 active players, that is 5000 active players per month making him $2500. Sounds good, right?
