[US Based] Looking for a Marketing Co-founder

My main passion and specialty online is developing and delivering great traffic services.
I would love to just focus on my specialty and deliver excellent services to my clients, therefore I am looking for a cofounder to be able to take care of marketing and some other business aspects. My existing team already consist of a talented designer and programmer.
I am looking for:
- Someone who can work almost daily (Building a business is not easy, and requires alot of hardwork.)
- Good in selling, marketing, and presentation of the service for good conversions.
- US Based
