JV Partner Needed for My Real Estate Niche Product!

I am one of the top Realtors in the US and by region, and my team is #1 at a big name/world wide real estate brand.

One of my niches is 'Short Sales'

I want to offer my short sale system and 'know-how' to other Realtors, agents, brokers and even sellers of short sales.

I have 50% of my 'system' on paper, but really just as protocol for my team to follow.

I'm not sure if I should make a video library or software out of this or something, but I know that once it is in a clear and easy to understand/to follow format, it can be sold for $1,000++ for a 1 year license, maybe more.

I need a JV partner to help me organize and get this system in a 'sellable' format, then help me market it..

This is exact system I've used to generate 7 figures in commissions in real estate in the short sale niche, which is STILL HOT and arguably, going to heat back up soon with the market at it's height right now...

While I'm not too keen on putting my name/face on this, I do have the credentials and 1099 to prove that it works. I'm also part of a well recognized brand and have achieved 'hall of fame' and '#1' status on many occasions.

I've looked into a few training platforms and have set up some calls to feel them out, but thought this is a good opportunity to reach out to the Warrior community.

I imagine once this system is built and ready to be sold that many of you have lists we can offer this to.

Willing to offer consulting as well, in addition to one-on-one and per-case consulting for agents who want to maximize their chances of getting and closing a short sale deal...

So again, I'm looking for the right platform and ideas on how to best package and offer my system...A JV partner with experience in educational/content/business system development would be ideal.

Once we create and digitize the system, we can team up with those marketers who have a real estate client base/list!
