Outsourcing JV - Want to scale things up?

For the right person - this could be an amazing opportunity.

I'm English, but I'm been based in the South of the Philippines for the last 2 1/2 years. I've got a small outsourcing company here. I've got a strong tech background, and I've got things running fairly smoothly. That said, I think it's time to take things to the next level & find someone to partner with to help me grow things.

So what I'm looking for is a person/people to JV with. Let me know what ideas you have. This could be for you, for your clients, or for clients you could now get.

The ideal project would be a simple process that initially needs between 1 and 5 people, but can expand. It's best to get things working on a small scale first.

Assume that we can:

• write reasonable English

• blog - we've got a few systems to help people pump out topical blogs quickly

• put simple drupal/wordpress websites together quickly

• do any repetitive tasks

• Most VPA work

• use twitter and social networking.

I'm good at putting the systems in place to get processes running smoothly, and finding the right people to do the work. You can watch their screens live and in a video of their day, speak to them & watch them on CCTV.

PS I'm not interested in anything 'commission based' or less than 1 full time person at the moment at the moment.
