-Have you successfully sold online products/services in a specific niche?
-Do you have a prospect and customer e-mail list?
-Are you a published author or do you have a name in your niche market?

product or service that they would like to turn into recurring income but
are unsure or unable to tackle the whole project themselves. This is the
chance to work with an expert who will share in the profits.

IMPORTANT NOTE: to qualify as a potential joint venture partner, you MUST
already have a product or service you've been successfully selling in your chosen
market and have a list of serious prospects/customers who would be immediately

      - who have you helped?
      - how many people on your list?
      - what products or services have you sold?

      I really don't care how much many you have made because money is finite, anybody can generate income as well as loose it. What matters to me is your desire and your willingness to make it happen.

          Sorry I can't reveal everything on a public board but here is a little more explanation.

          There are far too many niche markets for any one person learn about or attempt to create a product for even a fraction of them let alone a membership site for them.

          However there are people already sucessfully selling products and services to almost any niche.

          I'm looking for potential JV partners who are ALREADY successful selling a healthy amount of products in their niche. By successful I mean you are already selling a product or service to them,have a customer and prospect list, etc.

          If you fall into this catagory and are interested in creating a member site, what I'm offering is the chance to partner with someone who has the software, technical and marketing experience specific to creating a successful membership site.

          No financial investment on your part.

          This would be a JV and each party would be contributing to the members site and profits would be split depending on what each party contributed.
