Generate Leads AND Make Great $$ Using Others Thank You Pages

Although this isn't my first post here, it's not like I post everyday either so I'd like to offer up some valuable information that many of you may or may not be aware of. If you're not, this is an incredible tactic that can help you to generate free leads and make a lot of money.
As a side note, please know that I am not in here to promote anything, nor am I looking to try and sell anything. I am here to create strategic partnerships and perhaps find some good people to JV with - after all...isn't that a big part of what WF (and successful Internet Marketers) do??
Back to the value...if you haven't been overwhelmed by Mike Filsame these past couple of days and his traffic fusion product then you may not be aware of the term integration marketing. In an effort to keep this post short, informative and to the point, the best example I can give would be as follows: Find a product that is complementary to your product(s) and contact the owner/creator/marketer of the complimentary product and ask him/her if you can put an ad on their thank you page (the page that thanks their buyers for purchasing their product...obv). Once they agree, you either offer your complimentary product for free on their thank you page (to generate a lot of leads for free) or you propose to offer the JV partner a 50% or 75% commission on all sales made. So if you typically sell your course or ebook or whatever product you have for $97, you may discount it for the JV partners list and split the money on every sale. So, if you sold the product for $50, you get $25 for every sale. If you receive 3 orders a day...that's over 80 a month that can be an extra $2,000 a month. Now if you have 5 or 10 JV partners that you're doing this with, that can be an extra $10,000 to $20,000 give or take depending on your price, commission and the partners list. By the way, you can offer the same deal on your thank you pages to split his product commission as well further increasing your income.
SO WHY DID I WRITE THIS POST?
I purchased Mike Filsames software called hyperjava. I have no connection to the product at all (as far as it's sales or promoting it) aside from the fact that I have it and I would like to use it to create joint ventures for the reasons I stated above. Along with that, I also have access to TWO $1,000 products and a highly converting pre-recorded tele-seminar that can potentially make us a lot of money. Now, I do have my own list for my product but I don't believe the tele-seminar product is a great fit for my main list.
IN CLOSING:
I wanted to reach out to all of the entrepreneurs on the forum and see if they would like to discuss the opportunity to work together. My intentions are to create mutually beneficial relationships where we can use the products that I have created (or have access to) and promote them to your list and split the money 50/50. I would even be more than fine with splitting any money made on back-end offers if the person came from your list.
This is just an awesome way to monetize your list and the products of others. If we did a tele-seminar and were able to get 400 to 500 people on it, the conversion rate is 15 to 20% (and it could be higher) that's $80,000 to $100,000 on ONE tele-seminar. Even if we cut those #'s in half that's still a lot of dough.
By the way, the hyperjava software allows me to simply send you a piece of code and you can simply enter it onto your thank you page and you'd never have to think about it again.
