Looking For Affiliate Manager/Recruiter/JV Partner

My partner (Enrolled Agent-IRS) along with our team of CPA's and lawyers are launching some tax resolution, corporation creation, and real estate cost segregation programs that have huge commissions attached (~150-250/each)...looking for an experienced Affiliate/Affiliate Manager/JV partner.
We are a real brick and mortar business with over 35 years experience looking to automate some of our lead generation and willing to be VERY generous to our partners.
Also, we are open to almost anything in terms of compensation (upfront/overrides/higher commissions) for rockstars:-)
