Got a hot lead, don't know how to handle it, excellent split
Actually, he called me (found me on zillow.com). since I'm a Realtor (starving, lol) been studying IM. They have a website, IMO it is keyword stuffed (the worst I've seen so far).
They are not claiming their biz in 4 major search engines, have no pictures, coupons or reviews. No blog to link to or anything else, yet, they do quality work.
I'm too new to this, can't pull it off by myself, afraid of out-sourcing and need somebody who knows how to do all of this. I am willing to do all the talking and walking, directory submissions, search engine submissions but need somebody to look over their website and make it sizzle.
As already mentioned, be glad to give you a 60% split. I can do the youtube video slide shows, visiting their work sites, whatever but I need a hand in keeping all of this together, lol.
Are you interested? (I have NO IDEA at this point how much this guys are willing to spend but they are open to SEO etc.) They also recently spent $700 on SEO and from what I can see, they are getting ripped.
