Multi user platform JV Proposal

For the past 4 months I have been developing a website. It is what I believe a quite unique concept. What I am trying to achieve is a social network dedicated to helping people make money. I have tried to cover as broader spectrum as possible of potential types of users, offer as many channels of communications as humanly possible whilst at the same time keeping the ethos of the site focused on the idea of helping people make Money.
It has taken a long time for me and my business associate (this is the effort of two people + 1 programmer) to implement various features now present on the site. We keep adding functionalities on the site all the time. We also have our own server.
We are looking for possible joint ventures with anybody who has a good responsive emailing list. In return you will earn 50% recurring commission on all paid memberships and advertising space. You will also give you great exposure on our site!
