Want JV's for Self-Improvement Event launch

I am currently looking to recruit some JV's to promote an upcoming launch for my client. This is in the law of attraction niche, specifically a health/wealth/love product.
Details:
The product is a medium-priced product (still debating with my client, but it's looking like $297 for the first 70 seats, $397 for the next 100, and $497 beyond that). It is a live event with a home-study course instant download.
Affiliates will earn *20% on all sales (no 2nd tier)
Any affiliate with 15 sales or more will earn *30% on ALL sales
The top affiliate with 15 sales or more by the time registration closes will receive a top-of-the-line Apple iPad or cash-equivalent ($829)

If you have no existing web properties or lists relevant to this niche, please give me an outline of how you intend to drive traffic. Qualified applicants will receive an invite link to join the affiliate program by next week.
The event is soon (May 14-16) so please send your info now, as we will be getting launch materials up by end of next week.
