SEO Guru looking to team up with web developer/designer!

Hi all,

To give you a quick run down of what this entails, I have been an SEO consultant for many years and have worked with a lot of blue chip/corporate clients in achieving significant increases in rankings/traffic/conversions. I have worked in industries ranging from Telecommunications, credit cards, financial institutions, hotels, tour operators, airlines, fast food etc.

However, a new venture I want to enter into is the affiliate marketing field, and am looking for a web developer/designer (preferably experienced in Wordpress, Joomla and perhaps static HTML sites).

I propose a partnership where they would do the website work, I would do the SEO/Marketing side of things and we split the profits made from these websites.

Since I have worked in the online marketing field a long time, I am not looking for people out there to just "make some quick cash".

    I'm in the "reverse mortgage" business and looking for a SEO specialist to partner with. SEO Specialist develops lead generation and I close the deals. Average net per deal is $4000+. It’s a competitive market with a lot of potential. So many homeowners 62 and older with enough equity can benefit from this government insured program. Down the road we can also look to expand into other financial products. With the depressed US economy there's a ton of opportunity. Is this something that interests you or someone you know?
