Partner with a professional PHP programmer and help me take action!

I created my Warrior Forum account on October 8, 2007, and I started gathering information. I did the (sadly) normal thing: read a lot, downloaded a lot (and I mean A LOT), and built up a massive library of IM information - most of which hasn't ever been opened. I am to the point where I know a lot about IM, but I still have basically zero "take action" experience. In a nutshell, I'm tired of my inactivity - I want to get started!

Before I go any further, let me tell you a little about myself:

• I have been developing websites since I was 13 years old (I am 26 right now).
• I am entirely self-taught and I am an extremely fast learner.
• I have worked for myself since I was 17 years old.
• I started my own software company 5 years ago.
• My company develops financial/billing software for jails (see http://www.payforstay.com - contact me for a username/password if you want) and we also provide various financial services for the jails.
• My software is currently in use in almost all of the largest counties in my state (Utah) and we are currently expanding into Oregon, Arizona, New Mexico, and Nevada.
• I have developed point of sale software for tire/automotive service centers, inventory control and point of sale software for brick and mortar retailers, 100% custom online stores/points of presence for artists, and so on.
• If you play iPhone games (specifically iMob/iKnights/iVampires/Jet Fighters/Girl Wars/Race or Die/Original Gangstaz), you may have used my network of friend code sites. If not, you should
• I am an expert in PHP, SQL, HTML, CSS, javascript, AJAX, Windows and Linux systems (including crontab, bash scripting, and so on), and a myriad of other web-related technologies.
• I have A LOT of experience with integrating PayPal payments into websites (including IPN handling), as well as Authorize.net credit/debit card processing.

Long story short (OK, maybe not short ) I know what I'm doing when it comes to software development!

Let me get down to the details of what I am wanting to do:

• I want to form a long-term partnership with an experienced internet marketer.
• I want to build a web-based service that has a monthly fee (paid through PayPal subscriptions).
• I want my partner to handle the marketing end of things (at first!) and I want to learn from them as we go - my goal is to come out of this with the knowledge and experience to go it alone!
• I want to split our revenues 70/30 - 70% to my partner and 30% to me.

I know that a lot of marketers have ideas for software or online services but they don't have the programming skills (or the contacts) to make them happen. Now is your chance! I want to learn first-hand what works with internet marketing, and I want to develop the skills and know-how to be able to market on my own. I want you to be my teacher along the way as we build a successful (and profitable) service.

I would like to discuss various ideas with multiple people and I will decide which marketer I feel will help us both be the most successful and the one that has the best ideas. I have little regard for programmers that steal ideas from others, and my ability to support my family depends heavily on my integrity and trustworthiness.
