JV for my Loan Modification eBook

I co-wrote and eBook about 18 months ago on the very popular topic of "Loan Modification". It shows you how to do it step by step with great resources.
We have personally done hundreds of them, so this is coming from people with real experience in the industry. I just spent the last 2 weeks updating it so I feel it is truly the most up to date book on the subject out there.

I am looking for partners to help me sell the book, whether via shared lists for email, banners, or just straight affiliate relationships. I am just getting set up on clickbank but I currently use my own merchant account with affiliate tracking capabilities to sell the book now.

I have tried the organic ranking route for the last 4 months and its been slow. I need to pick up the traffic and sales, so I'm reaching out to those of you who might have ideas or partner in some way. Bring me some creative ideas, or hell, not so creative ideas, as long as we can sell some books together

it is truly a good eBook and overall product for the person who needs it.

    I'd be interested in a list swap. WE are real estate investor/trainers and find that biz opp lists are very responsive to our offers. We can have you email for our $1 offer, tag all people to you, and then upsell them to a $1288 product that pays 50%.

      At this point I do not have a large enough list to swap, but would be willing to pay you 70% of the $39.95 book price if you want to offer it to your list. I found email to be a very good way to sell the book. I have sold quite a few by emailing to purchased lists. I have not yet tried any other types of lists.
