Looking for an experienced FLASH DEVELOPER to share profits for LIFE

I'm developing a brand new company, and I can't give you any details, but I can tell you we will explode the home based business arena in August!
We are in total 3 corporate partners owners of the company 40/40/20 split. We're proven in this arena, NOT ROOKIES. We got employees, programmers, designers, and developers that are working with us already for the past 4 years.
We're looking for a experienced flash developer to give a share of the company's profit pool for as long as he/she is producing great, exciting, Hollywood-grade flash movies for the company for the purpose of promoting our products/services.
Most flash movies will be 1-3 minutes long. We will need, to start off, 3 flash movies, and on average 1-2 short flash movies a month after launch. The ideal partner is OK with meeting short deadlines with a happy smile (from 1 week for a 1-minute movie, to 2-3 weeks for longer movies). Being positive and uplifting is a MUST.
Percentage of profits will be based on your experience and what you can bring to the table, and how much you're willing to commit.
