Can you promote my sites?

Hi, everyone!
I have 2 very small websites that need some promotion in the offline marketing niche. I do not have the time to do all this work myself so need to outsource it. This is not limited to blog posts, SEO etc.
I need some interest in my sites and quickly. On my sites, I need to promote an up-coming new product launch.
