Looking for smaller list owners willing to do an ad swap in exhnage for guaranteed site views

My manual Trafic exchange launches Friday, and before launch we have 100 new members/promotors locked in (and 12,000 who were active last year, but ater a year of inactivity, who know what they will do)
I have some big names within the TE market promoting me this coming week so it will be a good run of fresh members.
Im looking to work out deals with smaller list owners, who i can swap ads in return for guaranteed views to a site (maybe your optin page)
