Looking for a designer to Partner with (50%-50%)

I am currently working full time on an online project with great potential. I possess most of the skills needed to make this project a success but DESIGN is the piece of the puzzle I'm missing here.
So, I'm offering a 50-50 partnership (because I know that
design work is as hard as any other aspect of product creation).
Initially, you'll take care of the website and I'll work on everything else. This may change in the future as the site grows and responsibilities change, especially if you can contribute largely to other areas of the project.
