Looking for small business web designer.

Hey Guys,

I'm looking for someone who can make good looking small business websites decently fast (2-3 days got the smaller sites)... Restaurants, plumbers, etc type websites.... You would be receiving a cut of the profits or I'll just pay you straight. If someone can do SEO work as well I think that can be a big money maker. I'm located in Chicago so the possibilities are endless. My plan is to hit the streets and by calling local businesses and offer website and seo services which will be outsourced to you. I have built websites in the past but I prefer to outsource. Please PM me if your interested!
