This was a good quality report and i picked up quite a few things from it.

I think i should start considering outsourcing my work and get a few things done.

That wasn't bad at all! Actually it was pretty valuable information for me. It doesn't really show any "golden nuggets" wich is a good thing cause there probably aren't any that would just get shared (if there are any at all). It's just a quality strategy wich can be used by alot of people.

Me as a Newbie find this very useful. I can't start outsourcing right from the start so I'm gonna have to do every little thing you said there manually until my site pays some money before I can even think about outsourcing. But I did get a really good idea what you are doing there and I can use that very much. It will take me a hell of alot more than 10 days since I've never done any of those. I'll need to do it all by myself wich is gonna be a load of work! (but it will pay off cause I need to know how those things work by experiencing it all)

I like this very much

I will use this for my basics! Though I also can't say I'm a fan of certain words used by you. Though.. Everything together it looks really decent info, Thanks for sharing!

I'm really glad that you liked the info. It's my experience that there really isn't too many golden nuggets out there. Golden nuggets work the same in IM as they do elsewhere. You come across them from time to time, but positioning and who you know is what creates the gold.
