    I see a lot of guys with small lists here (I also have only 170 people on my IM list). Why don't we all set up a perpetual swap? Instead of sending just a one time ad swap, we can set up an autoresponder/follow-up swap and build our lists together.

    So far I've managed to get 2 autoresponder swap partners and I already see a subscriber coming from their lists here and there. I also notice people from my list clicking through to my partners' squeeze pages.
    Imagine if we all set-up 20 or even 40 autoresponder swap partners? If everyone gets just 2 new subscribers from external sources that's 80 new subscribers accross those 40 lists each day. That's 2500 subscribers accross 40 lists per month. And with autoresponder swap we can all share those subscribers.
