      Nobody's obligated to respond just because you posted something in a forum.

      In any case, this forum is for posting actual JVs, not discussion. If you post this question in the Main forum, I bet you'll get a lively discussion going.

        Not a problem Ken... so I'll just leave the JV stuff to you...

        To me it's pretty apparent that a lot of the folks who post JVs here use the same misguided formula and phrasing, which to me might indicate that some discussion as to how to do this stuff 'right' could possibly help them...

        ... and maybe increase the success rates of the posters here. But I'll leave it to you to handle that in some way other than by discussion.
