Looking for an IM partner for artofdating.com

OK firstly I'm very new to the forums and to Internet Marketing, i.e a newbie
I started developing the site artofdating.com a few months ago and made the newbie mistake of over investing initially. I've spent about $15K so far in developing the site, having articles and three eBook written.
My original idea was to develop my own Male Dating advice program and market this to users who opted in to my list. I've subsequently decided that I rather want to focus on affiliate marketing.
The thing is I don't want to waste anymore money than I already have and so I'm looking for a partner who has previous verifiable experience in this area and who can advise me on what to do.
The way I envisage this working is that the partner would not need to make any financial investment OR do any of the actual grunt work. I will pay for all marketing related costs and do all the necessary work, I just need someone who will effectively consult. For this I'm willing to part with a reasonable percentage of profits on this project.
PLEASE do not contact me if you are looking to sell anything. I really only want serious, interested people who have a good solid track record. I think this is a very good deal for the right person.
