Looking For JV Partner To Create A Membership/Subscription Website!

Hey folks,

I'll get straight to the point...

What I'm Looking For:
  • A JV Partner to help create a membership website
  • Someone who has the funds to buy hosting, domain name, auto responder, membership software and a clickbank/paypal account to take subscriptions (or have their own)
  • A list of some sort
What I Will Do:
  • After BOTH deciding on the niche for the site I will get to work on creating e-courses or e-lessons for the site which could consist of around "x" parts, with a part being distributed each week.
  • Creating the sales page for the site
  • Setting up payment/Making sure the payment system works.
  • Designing the site
  • Creating a "Members Only" forum
Why I'm Doing This:

Basically I want someone to help me launch a membership site so that I can produce money to go straight into my paypal account, once I have enough funds to run my own site then I will hand over the site to my partner (giving them 100% profit and 100% responsibility for the site)

Before I hand the site over I will try to make the site as automated as possible (this is why I created e-courses) you could get volunteer Mod's for the forums etc.

Your handling all the payments so there is no risk of me getting you to purchase hosting etc and not sharing the profit.

As I said I'm not looking for a long partnership, once I get enough to start up my own site then I will hand the site over.

What WE will do:
  • Decide on a niche
  • Split profit 50-50 (take all costs of running the site etc out of my half)
  • Promote the site
I WILL ONLY BE DOING THIS ONCE!

After this I will have money in my account to start up my sites so I won't need to do this again. Take this offer seriously as I WILL be giving ALL the profits and responsibility to my partner. I may stay a month or two, it depends how much we generate.
