Only Internet Marketing Freaks Need Apply!

I am looking for an internet marketing freak that still has some time to work on some big ideas. Like most here I am a serial entrepreneur and I have a ton of ideas, but lack the time to execute.

I've been in the real estate/land business for 12 years, made millions on the internet and I will prove it to you. I've sold over 30,000 acres in the western US and I still have over 15,000 acres (with very little debt). I'll put all the gurus claimers to shame when it comes to real estate. Oh and I am only 33 and made most of my money by 25, so I am not too old...just a little old school.

My biggest problem isn't capital, but having one or two sharp guys/girls to help me execute a handful of my ideas. I have two brilliant real estate ideas that have yet to be explored on the internet. I also have some other ideas outside of real estate that I also believe have tons of opportunity.

My wants:

1) A marketing guru with a resume. If you've made money, but are now looking for other options, I've got em.

3) Technological skills and contacts for the skills not possessed.

2) Someone in the U.S., preferably the west coast.

3) Someone extremely motivated, confident, yet humble (I love humility).




What I can do:

Real Estate - I know a lot more than most.
SEO, SEM and SMO - Online and Offline and I'm fairly good at what I do.
Wordpress Skills - I do well with templates .
Writing - I can conjure a 500 word article in nano seconds and make it sound like Shakespeare wrote it (maybe not Shakespeare .
Marketing - I am very creative minded, but can't draw a stick figure to save my life!
Confidence - I'm confident, yet extremely humble and only like to work with those that are like minded.
Networking Skills - I know a lot of people and I utilize my network quite well. I have the big twitter account friends, but never really had something I could use them for.
Public Speaker - I can speak very well, I just don't do often.
