Copywriting/Marketing expert seeks quality proven products to promote

However - this is NOT a general offer to write your sales letter for free. I'm looking for a fantastic, proven product to apply my marketing experience to, in order to make a lot of sales and all I ask is a percentage of gross sales. This is why I am being very choosey about making absolutely sure I only work on winning products.
Here are my caveats:
1. Your business systems, such as customer service, product delivery, etc must be efficient
and working well. They should also be scalable to take the load of vastly increased sales volumes. I only want to hear from people with a business, not an IM hobby.
2. I need to see PROOF that your product/service works and does what you claim it does. whether your product is a marketing related product or not, I'll need to personally view results, sales statistics, account balances, google statistics, server logs, whatever you have to show me. Basically, I need proof that it works, and that people want it.
3. Your product or service must be very simple, easy to use, instantly understood. I want something which Homer Simpson would be able to "get" immediately. I don't want to have to teach people too much.
4. Your product or service must give people a fast, powerful end result they want. Sounds obvious, but I'm looking for as close to a "magic bullet" as I can get.
5. The product must be YOUR product alone, no PLR, no resale rights, it must be yours and yours alone to sell.
6. I'm especially interested in non-marketing-related niches, though it's not critical.
Here's the deal:
I will create the marketing system to promote, launch and sell your product, if approved, in such a way as to create maximum buyer interest pre-launch, and maximum sales on launch day.
This is a very involved process, here's what I'll do with you:
1. I'll create a marketing plan with you, and detail every step along with your tasks.
2. I'll find JV partners and detail marketing media and strategies.
3. I'll build a pre-launch list and create content to send to them.
4. I'll put together all marketing materials, sales letter, emails, videos, video scripts, etc
5. I'll plan the launch and transition from launch phase to ongoing sales.
My renumeration for the campaign will be in the form of a percentage of gross sales. The standard royalty is 25% on gross sales, though buyouts can be negotiated.
I have already had plenty of offers and I need to make some caveats clear - please understand this is by application only, I reserve the right to choose only a product or service I think has the best chance of being successful. I can't and won't work on every product I am offered.
Also, I am in charge of marketing and while your input is requested and highly valued, I will reserve the right to have the final say on any part of the campaign.
If you qualify, here's what you do next:
1. Send me a PM, explaining a bit about you, your product or service, and a brief paragraph about what the product, proof, etc as detailed above. Make it short, no essays please.
2. If I'm interested we'll talk more, and I'll take you through the best way we can approach this.
3. We'll make a basic agreement on terms and we'll get started.
If you can't meet my terms then here's what you can do. If your product or service is good but you don't proof, get some. Do some testing. Give it away to a few people. Do what it takes. Simplify your product and rebuild it around the 'big idea' which will make it a winner. Then bring me some results and we may be able to ramp it up.
