Can you secure decent size web application projects?
Ok, first, I'm just throwing this out there to see if I generate any interest.
I'm part of a highly skilled 2 man team, and Lead Developer of Ivory Rock Media. I have a few medium projects under by belt and a couple of startups around the $1k-10k mark.
I'm currently looking at other ways to secure work.
My proposal is that you find clients looking for web applications/websites to be built with budgets over $1k, and I will either:
a) pay you for each lead
b) upon successful negotiations, pay you a percent of the value of the project

Remember, I'm doing this to see about the interest generated to determine how viable it is. I don't currently have time for additional work.
