I've recently finished a plugin that is similar to the 'Facebook auto like' scripts, however it is for Google's new button +1. Besides this, it has a lot of security features integrated - doesn't show to bots, to certain referrers, if you're not logged in etc.
If you think you are interested in promoting this, let me know. I'm open to discussions. Currently it is the only plugin out there that is so complex!
