Looking for Someone to JV for membership site using DAP

Hi Gang,

I have the website, the eyeballs, the affiliates, the email list, and most importantly, the content in an evergreen growing niche. I've invested in DAP (Digital Access Pass) and need to JV with someone to build the membership side of my business. I have one-of-a-kind products, been around for 4 years and have a loyal following. If you have experience with DAP and have the time, we could make some serious money. If you're willing to help grow the business (market) and make this a serious part of your portfolio, then we can also talk a long term arrangement. I'm completely open as to how we structure this deal. I can see 3 different membership levels, starting at $50/month, $75 and $97. In addition to that there is physical products sales, Adding a private forum, and consulting and we could have a multi-million dollar a year potential. My info is technical/business oriented, so memberships will stick longer. I basically want to get out of eBooks and into membership sites and paperback sales.
