    Hi Mo,

I am interested in the position. Please can you let me know how many hours work per week you are expecting to have, how long this position will be for and what the salary will be.

I have a strong web development / technical background and also worked in customer service for several years whilst in University so I am confident that I could handle your customer queries in a timely and efficient manner.

I look forward to hearing from you,

    Best Wishes,

    Victoria
