What can we do with Call Centers?

I'm involved in the Philippine Call Center industry right now. I work for a guy who has a unique internet presence that brings us lots of leads from people looking for call centers. Our potential customers are legitimate busiensses and some of them are rather 'big'.

But we also have some unique advantages that I'm wondering if they could be turned into some kind of product of value to IMers and/or the Offline Business niche. Our advantage is that we are the extended marketing arm for a few outbound telemarketing companies, on of which is US run and managed, that work at very low rates.

Our unique value proposition is:
  • US owned and operated (in at least that one case)
  • no long term contracts
  • lots of experience in the industry
  • 100% outbound telemarketing oriented
I'd love to discuss possibilities with anybody that's open to it. I'm wondering whether there might be some type of product or process we could set up that would be of value to offline business. In the 'tier' that we operate in, we can discuss relationships with small clients...i.e. whereas the major companies wouldn't even consider it.
