$2500/MONTH FROM APP REVIEW WEBSITE!

My partner and I have been working on this review site for over four months, mostly designing a user-friendly website and creating app reviews. Seeing the potential of this business after tedious market research, I have decided to halt and transform my home-based business into a Limited Liability Company (LLC). My initial investment of $4,000 is not sufficient for a LLC and would require additional capital. With this capital, I will be hiring experienced individuals in the SEO, website design, marketing, writing, and social networking field.

LOOKING FOR 5 INVESTORS TO INVEST $400 EACH. INVESTORS WILL RECEIVE $100/MONTH.

UPDATED on 11/09/11: Only looking for 2 investors to invest $500 each.

I require investors with a total capital of $2000 which will provide 20% ownership of this company for 5 years. If there are multiple investors, each will be given a proportional share of company ownership. I will be doing all the work and all investors are required to do is provide enough capital to execute this large-scale business plan. You, as a single or group of investors, do not have a role in decision-making as I own the majority of the company. Although this is true, you are a loyal investor and I will be keeping you informed of our progress and consider your thoughts.

Website is expected to make $4000 monthly revenue with $1500 monthly expenses after one month. If the investor owns 20% of the company, they will receive a minimum of $500 per month. Investors will already break even after 4 months and since the app industry is rapidly growing, we expect to receive a continuous increase in profits over the following years.

I also have an advanced internet marketing technique that will get my site up to 600,000+ visitors within the first month. I have a list of my competitors, the advertising agencies they use, and the monthly income of advertisements. Noticing the flaws and illegitimacy of my competitors, I will outperform them. PM if you would like additional info.

Essentially you were hired to build a product for somebody else and paid for your work. Then you thought it was a good idea, and quit, and decided to build it for yourself. Do I have that correct? If so, isn't that illegal? I'm not sure where you are from, however, in pretty much everywhere in the US, that is probably not going to fly.

Just a thought. I love investing into projects, as well as obtaining investments for mine, and this sounds like a red flag to me. I'm being constructive in my post here. As an investor, this is a red flag that I see. There is potential for other investors to see these same red flags.

This is warrior forum, you can't just come in here and flame my thread.

You have such an interesting viewpoint. You have assumed soo much. Let me clarify, this is my idea. I never worked for anyone. I was planning to create an individual blog, but now I have the capability to run this on a large-scale, more exposure and seo.

I already have one investor for $1000. I only require $1000 more.

As an investor, I am letting you know why you may have difficulties. By taking a response from a potential investor as "flame my thread", you make it difficult for me being able to get over the rd flag that I mentioned earlier.

I'm just one of many investors. If I see a red flag, it is likely that others see it as well. Ultimately it is up to you to see help for what it is, and up to you to decide how to proceed.

    Best of luck!

      Oh don't worry, it's all good. I don't hate.

I appreciate your concern for other investors and for inquiring whether I abide by the law. I am indeed a law-abiding US citizen.
