Offering tech skills in exchange for mentorship

I'm pretty new to IM and would like to find a successful mentor to help me learn how to make money online.
I can offer my skills in technology and web development. I have been programming for 15 years now, and currently make 5 figures/month with my day job.
I am often contacted for help in architecting systems for startups, or developing websites. I have built sites that have raised VC funding. My expertise is in building sites on Ruby and with the Ruby on rails framework, and I have also been involved in SEO for the last several years. I can do things such as automate server setups and deployments, web scraping, machine learning for text analysis, automating many manual operations, and basically anything involving the web.
I would like to learn how to do IM well, and I am thus looking for ONE successful marketer, who will teach and guide me, so that I can transition to this field full time.
What I have in mind is the following:
I am basically willing to offer time to build tools to help you scale to the next level, and in exchange, you show me ALL the secrets of your success. This is a win/win situation, because you can benefit from customized-built solutions to your scaling problems, and in exchange, I get to learn IM without wasting my own money, and wandering aimlessly in circles, by learning directly from an expert. As I am not asking for any share of your profits, or any financial exchange whatsoever, I would expect you to divulge everything, what works, and what doesn't work. Your marketing materials, sources, web site tracking statistics, and or course, proof that you actually are successful.
