Looking for Investors in Virtual Real Estate - Earn 4% Monthly on Investment
I'm looking for those who would like to invest in virtual real estate. Minimum investment is $3,000 so this is only for serious businessmen.
This will be sort of a VRE Cooperative where we pool funds, buy websites which are already earning, grow them and sell off for huge profit. My team does all the grunt work.
THE PLAN
Buy established websites at Flippa or WF. My team will maintain these sites to grow their current level of income and then sell them off. A small portion of the funds will also be used to make brand new websites for bigger profit.
REVENUE SHARING
50% - Investor
40% - Ours
10% - Admin/Membership/Promotion Fees
IMPORTANT NOTE: If the total monthly revenue from the sites do not reach AT LEAST 4% of your total investment, we will pay you 4% out of our share. So you are assured of this monthly return at least.
A monthly report of the earnings will be given. Video proof of monthly earnings will also be available upon request.
