Looking for and skilled web developer to partner with on an existing project.

I am in need of someone who can partner with me to get a project that I have put a lot of money into already that just has not gone well. I am hoping to come here and find someone who understands internet marketing and would understand what the site is geared for and be on the same page as myself. I basically ran out of funding for the project making some bad choices in who I hired.
Its a membership site that deals with backlinks and content. I dont want to spill the details here but I need someone who can work with me to get this thing done and live. We would work a deal for the partnership on profit sharing etc. I work full time so I would only be able to work the evenings and weekends. I am not a developer and had to outsource what is done so far on this project. So anyone who is good with the code and is interested please post or message me here. We can jump on skype and I can go over in detail what I am looking for. I am hoping to get someone that can talk or communicate in English really well if possible to make it easier on the both of us.
