  Hello to both of you.
  You are definitely in the right place for learning about this. I am pretty new too, but have read a ton and most importantly implemented some of the ideas I learned. So far, I have surprised myself ... my list is a little over 200 since feb 10 which I am calling a success.
  
  Simplified steps:
  Read a lot
  Get an auto-responder
  Build a sales funnel: squeeze page, thank you/confirmation page, OTO (at a minimum)
  Drive traffic to your funnel.
  
  You can do a lot of this for free/cheap but a small budget definitely helps.
  
  email/pm me we can talk specifics and I'll give you what I can. Maybe you can be a case study for my first WSO...

  How many people do you have on your existing list? If you are starting from zero the best way is to first buy subscribers, go to Ad swaps, sell solo and buy solo mailings at Safe-Swaps or solodirectory.com. Once yoy have 300 t0 500 subscribers, the sail should be easy. all you do is swap and swap for free with other marketers. Good luck

My list is not in the list building niche so I can't help you, but
there are plenty of people with list building lists who will do
adswaps or solo ads in this forum. Look around in the warrior
classified section and JV.
