I am looking for a 60/40 profits spilt with someone who is able to create a good landing page for my service.

off a very unique Adwords Leads Generation Service.
I would require you to get a domain, design and copywrite a landing page, and all future profits that is generated from this landing page (40 percent will go to you.)
I'd need someone who can design and copywrite most importantly.
