        I just produced a training video that shows authors how to create a Kindle upload file using Calibre. I go through the entire process step by step.

        The part often overlooked is a functioning device Table of Contents and I go over how to make it work. This is an area where authors are penalized with 1 & 2 star reviews on Amazon when their book does not have one.

        Let me know if you are interested. It's just over 15 minutes long and recorded in HD.
