Looking serious long term-relationship JV partner Writer (Experience in health niche)
Hi guys,
I am looking for a writer, preferable who has experience in the health niche. The keyword I am targeting is eat healthy and lose weight. We will split the earnings 50/50
My Responsibilities:
-Domain name cost
-Web Hosting cost
-managing Social networking account
-article syndication
-SEO
-Find suitable images and edit it as blog post image
-graphic stuff
Your Responsibilities:
-Research about the health niche
-Write quality articles
My expectation is not really high, as long as you can write good English, I am OK with it.
Our main monetization method will be adsense, we will use your adsense account if you feel not secure. We can discuss other monetization methods in the future.
We will be selling the site by X10 the monthly profit or higher and split the profit by 50/50, IF the site monthly profit increment is lower than 10%. For example, on January the site profit is $100, on February the site profit is $120, then we keep the site. Then on March, the site profit is $125, at that point we will sell the site.
Basically this is a long term JV which will last for more than 3 months.
