looking for a wso joint venture partner with product

looking for someone who has a product for doing a wso but doesnt have the technical/marketing knowhow. So it can be anything, either a IM related product, service or tool.

I will help with the following -
* coming up with optimal price model to attract most affiliates
* setting up the backend system
* deal with all technical things
* setup and configure any needed wordpress blogs + optimizepress + membership plugin
* deal with all design and programming issues
* integrate with aweber
* use my paypal for payment processing.
* use my gotowebinar account to run any followup webinars that are part of the product.
* help with the WSO sales letter.
* help with bringing affiliates.

I am fairly new to WF, however I have helped a major IMer in the dating field do a 100k launch last year where I was dealing with all things technical. This time I want to do it using WSOs instead.

We will jointly own the product, the list and any revenues that comes out of it, so looking for someone who is interested in a long-term partnership.

You must also have a good track record in WF as it wont help if we both have no track record on the forum and launch a WSO.
