JV Partner - Somebody that likes Skype but also uses the phone

This is my first post, but I have been stalking the forums for a few years now. I am going to get right down to business.
Add me on Skype to brainstorm, collaborate, talk SEO, and develop a friendship - ssukovich. I don't video much, but am constantly chatting and sharing knowledge.
About Me
I live in Miami and I have been active in SEO for 4 years. I currently have 2 large contracts for SEO and some smaller ones as well. I have a great JV in Atlanta for local SEO as well. I have about 10 sites that earn me about $1,000 extra per month total. It isn't much, but it pays the bills and allows me to continue to progress in the industry. I am 27 and an active entrepreneur growing investments. I have been using the Internet since AOL 3.0 and using computers since my 386. I have worked in Network Operations, Web Development, SEO, various IT, and some other computer related work for the past 15 years. Now I focus more on Project Management. I really enjoy Management more than meticulous computer work these days, but I do whatever is necessary.
I like to Skype chat throughout the day to collaborate and share my knowledge. I have a big idea that I would like to build eventually and with the right partners we could all do some big things for the World. I am active in Project Management and have a team of people in Miami and Atlanta that would be willing to pound the pavement for clients of any sort if the price is right.

You are a hardworking Internet Marketing guru with verifiable results. You are looking to do a JV or just to chat with somebody knowledgeable to build your skills. For the most part, you are not greedy, rude, or depressed. You are not a self-righteous computer nerd that likes to attempt to outsmart others. About the Project
I am looking to create business directories for suburbs in major cities. I have great connections in many cities that could consistently make sales for us. They would make money and so could we. There is a catch to it all, but I will leave that up to the imagination for now. I want to be able to openly chat with you on Skype and speak with you on the phone at some point to verify your attitude, because that is very important to me. I have many other projects as well that could your attention, so let's link up. Please feel free to confirm my knowledge on the industry over chat or phone. I love to speak, especially about SEO and you will see that I am the real deal.
