In my opinion When it comes to selling information products, you should know that it can either be hard for you, or easy for you. I say that it could be hard for you because if you create a product first and then go on a search to see who you can sell it to, you're on the wrong path when it comes to selling your product.

But if you start with finding a hungry niche first, and then go and create a product that can suit the needs of the marketplace, more than likely your efforts will be profitable. This is something that you seriously need to consider, because alot of beginners who try to sell information products get it wrong.

You're right,

The first thing should be to see what people are buying. Then if you can create a product which is better then you should find an instant market.

It's also important to note that writing a sales letter will be really easy if you have a very desirable product. If you have something that people really want then you don't really need to sell it. Just tell them about it.
