Looking for Partner for my Mobile Website business

I am a designer of mobile-optimized websites. My sites are created from scratch, using PHP and HTML. They are NOT built using WP plugins, so my sites are quite flexible to meet the customer’s need. And they are GUARANTEED to score at least 95% on the W3C MobileOK Checker (which is an online checker that determines the level of mobile-friendliness of a website).

But I am looking for a partnership with someone who can sell my sites. As much as I am a great designer, I am lousy at selling. So I would like a partner who can sell the site, and for each site you sell you will make 50% commission. My average sites sell for $397, so in that instance you would get $200 for each site you sell. Some sites sell for more, depending on what the client wants. Anyway I will create and install the site, and make whatever modifications the client wants.

I would prefer someone who is located in the US or Canada. Also I can provide sales material for you to show the customer, as well as mock sites they can see on a mobile phone.
