Live in Vegas? Let's Work Together on a Vegas Online Magazine

I personally believe 2 heads are better than 1, and splitting workloads is a smart way to ensure success. Therefore, I'm looking for a partner to work with me on JV to build a Las Vegas online magazine (hotels, nightlife / clubs, parties, events, promotions, etc.)

The partner (YOU) will:
1) RESIDE in LAS VEGAS!!! or have a compelling reason why they can still add value. FWIW, I live in NYC.
2) Own all editorial / content aspects of the site. includes creating content and ensuring timely and frequent content production.
3) Handle social media
4) Be willing to meet / team up with folks in Vegas (as needed)

I will handle the following:
1) ALL technology related aspects, including designing and developing a custom site. I'm a professional designer and developer who has worked with some large online newspapers / magazines. There will be $0 cost for any development.
2) Provide the domain, the strategy (though your input is just as valuable), and assistance in any other matters.

Together we will determine how to monetize the site and when. So if you are looking for a JV with someone who has built and advised profitable sites, let's talk.
