Setup a Forum - Get 10% Earnings For 1 Year

Programming is not my strong point, so I'm looking for a programmer/designer to set up a forum for me.

You will receive 10% total earnings for 1 year of the site finish date.

I will send contracts over to be signed and scanned back.

    What kind of forum management system are you looking to use? vBulletin, phpBB, Xenforo, IB, etc.?

    Hi, I can set up a forum for you no problems - I currently manage a 10k+ user private forum.

    10% is pretty low, unless you want me to just set it up and forget it or have a great monetization strategy.

    Yes, having an ad under every first post has a pretty high conversion rate; BUT, it hurts the user experience a little bit.
