JV Opportunity - Offline Business, Established and Ready to Make You Money

Colin Smith here, owner of CNYWIN.com. With the help of this amazing forum, I've managed to turn a $20 WSO idea into a full-blown offline business that I actually enjoy doing, and no longer work my 9-5 day job. It's called Central New York Web Integrated Networking, and it pretty much sums up what my business partner and I do. We use lime cellular as a service provider, which allows us to offer the highest quality, state of the art products to local businesses and major companies alike. I'm looking for partners across the United States that are eager to market our services to local businesses/companies. Compensation will be split 50/50 for the setup fees, and then the recurring monthly fee minus expenses. You can set your own prices depending on what you feel is best suited for each type of business you are marketing to, thus allowing you to determine how much money you make.
Some people might ask why they don't just start an offline business for themselves and keep 100% of the money... to that I say, good luck. While it's not impossible, there's a lot of paperwork and legal contracts that have to be setup before you can expect to see any real money coming in. As a law student and multi-business owner, I have a background in exactly that; and I take care of everything in the business besides marketing. All you do is sell and make money, I take care of the actual work involved in the product being sold.
The reason I'm looking to expand is quite simple. I recently managed to build an entire website flipping business from the ground up, completely unexpected as a matter of fact. I'm actually creating my first WSO about it as we speak. That business takes up a substantial amount of my free time when I'm not in school, and I just don't have time to go out and aggressively seek for clients in my free time anymore. It's worked in the past, and I make a pretty nice income every month from recurring clients. But let's face it, I live in Central New York, and there's just not that many businesses that I don't already have as clients, that I can get as clients. I'd rather let someone else expand my business on my behalf, as a partner.
