Wanna JV with me ?

I`ve got some time, some money, some skills with SEO, reputation management, wordpress and much more. I`m looking for some ideas. You can come up with the idea, I`ll buy any domain, host it on my hosting account, do a lot of the work, you`ll do some work and we`ll split 50/50. If you are ok with that, lets brainstorm and find something that will bring us money.
