Thanks for the report. When was this report written? Isn't the h1, h2, h3 and bold, etc.. too over optimized now for on page seo in this post penguin era?

  I agree ...I also felt that there is no talk about maintaining link diversity. No doubt, the methods described are quite good and I will do the same. In the last page, vryannn talked about "build more backlinks"....Does it mean I should repeat the same steps of building backlinks as described earlier? No forum posting, blog commenting...?
