How to launch?

Hello All,
My new product is very close to it's release but I don't have a list and building a list with article marketing will take me a long time

do you have any suggestions?
JV Brokers maybe?
How much will it cost?

    A couple of years ago when I launched my site I spent a couple of months before the launch running PPC ads.

    The ads led to a landing page that presold the site, said I'd be launching soon, and that the visitor should sign up to get a free report (which I sent them instantly via Aweber) and notification of the launch.

    I ended up paying about $1 per lead, built a list of perhaps 1500, and then had a list to launch to. Worked out well :-)

      Good advice Thaddeus...
      Does anyone know where I could find someone to handle a big product launch?
      It seems like more than one or 2 people can handle. I've heard that some of the big guys will do launches for other people, is that right?
