    You are awesome dude.. Really good ebook. A tip for you. Remove the ebook from here and sell it as WSO... Your buyers should love you.. Because I am very picky and do not like things easily even if I buy so why would I like the Free stuff I always think about free stuff as a junk and just put a fast eye on few pages but your eBook compelled me to read it full and guess what.. I love it.. and the time is not wasted on reading I gained a lot of things. tbh, every thing there is not very new i think most of us already know this but you have taught me how to implement it..
