Looking for a JV on site building, ranking, flipping.

The deal is like this:

- I teach/coach you how to build a profitable website
- You will write the content & build the website
- I will make sure the website will rank in Google by building back links
- You will follow my coaching lesson / instructions carefully
- I also take care of the KW research to guarantee it will become a success.
- We will sell the website on Flippa when we made $600 commission at Amazon.

Why at $600,-? Then we made our time/investment back, simple math shows that 30 articles is about $175,- worth and then time time for you to build the site so that makes $300,-, for me the same I will offer $400 of link building, which equals 4 months of my SEO service but in this case we do it a lot faster, makes no sense to spread it out over 4 months of course, cause time = money!

The deal will be based on a 50/50 revenue share.

I am a very experienced SEO that have ranked 2000+ sites in the last 2 years. I know exactly how to rank a site fast to drive tons of traffic.



What kind of sites are we going to build?

- Amazon sites with products around or above $100,- (6%+ commission deals)


Who is this deal for?

- Newbies who love to write content and build sites but have no clue how to rank it or how to structurize it properly.
- Content writers that have to much spare time
- Experienced affiliate marketeers that pay too much for their current SEO campaigns
- People who were hit by Penguin & Panda in the past and that just need a little help to get on the right track again.



There are a few rules to this deal:

Rule nr.1: We will start with 2 websites, 1 domain on your name, 1 on mine so neither of us can rip off each other when the site gets sold.

Rule nr.2: I will not build links until both sites are finished, I made this rule to weed out the people who start but not finish it

Rule nr.3: The site will have as an absolute minimum 30 pages of unique written content so realize what you're starting with.

Rule nr.4: The content needs to be written and unique, if you wish you can outsource the content but please let me check the writers work so that we don't end up with poor content. Costs of outsourcing are for you, I have the costs of link building and the time that I invest to teach you.

If you never build a website before or are not familiar with Wordpress then please do NOT contact me. It would be too time consuming.
